The moment the wall fell, this symbol of devision of the German people became one of union and love. The projects emulate the same tipping point: the initial state is a cold and harsh metal wall.
With the collaboration of a group of people, this wall can be turned into an object of common use: a bench. And this side of the bench, that become visible the moment the wall falls, is colorful and coated in soft textile. Intricate patterns reinforce the contrast of the two sides of this fence.
Turning harsh dividers into unifiers.
